The Maternity Session Experience

Being pregnant with a tiny human growing inside of you is such a remarkable feeling! As a mother of two I know these little flutters and kicks were such a magical time in my life. I only wish I had this time of my life documented with beautiful images the way I photograph others. My kids are why I love to do what I do! I love telling a mothers full story from being pregnant, to the birth of their precious little, and the whole first year of their babies life. Birth stories are by far one of my favorite moments to capture and witness! I also love to capture the baby's first breath, and offer birth and fresh 48 sessions!

How it all works? Once you contact me and we get your booking date all setup, I go over what you want as far as location. Once we get that set, we can discuss clothing options, which I do have some client wardrobe gown options available as well as some ideas as far as styling goes. At the time of the session whether it would be indoors at my studio or outdoors , I really just like to have fun! The best images are those little in between moments of pure connection between the clients so feel free to pretend I am not even there and just simply be in the moment of things! I will typically always bring a blanket that coordinates with the outfit my clients have chosen so make sure to either email me the wardrobe or text me. During the session feel free to bring another wardrobe option , these sessions are about 45-60 min long so plenty of time to do a wardrobe change if wanted. Last but not least just Breathe and relax, you are beautiful and glowing and remember motherhood is beautiful!
